Lanier... I take two 400 ICU gelcaps of vitamin E (synthetic, not natural, due to the high cost of the natural) with my initial daily dose of meds at approx. 10 a.m. I take another two 400 ICU gelcaps of vitamin E with my second dose of meds, sometime between 4 and 5 p.m. Once in a while (like 2 or 3 times a year), while reading in bed, I notice a sensation - a tingle - that might indicate the onset of cramping, and I take one additional 400 ICU gelcap which stops the cramp before it really starts (and since it stops almost immediately, I can't help but wonder if there's some psychological thingee goin' on here).
