Janice... I take the gelcaps with synthetic vitamin E. The Kaiser Pharmacy sells 'em at $4.95 for a bottle of 100 - an unbeatably low price (as are most of the OTC items offered by Kaiser, tho there's a limited selection). Over the years I've repeatedly heard that the natural vitamin E is MUCH better to take then the synthetic - don't know what the difference is, tho.
