Lanier...

I take two 400 ICU gelcaps of vitamin E (synthetic, not natural,
due to the high cost of the natural) with my initial daily dose of
meds at approx. 10 a.m.   I take another two 400 ICU gelcaps of
vitamin E with my second dose of meds, sometime between 4 and 5
p.m.

Once in a while (like 2 or 3 times a year), while reading in bed,
I notice a sensation - a tingle - that might indicate the onset of
cramping, and I take one additional 400 ICU gelcap which stops the
cramp before it really starts (and since it stops almost
immediately, I can't help but wonder if there's some psychological
thingee goin' on here).
