Bob.....

My last eye-exam was about 6 months ago,  and I specifically asked
Kaiser Permanente (my HMO) to to permit me to see an
opthomalogist, rather than the usual optromatist.   Kaiser came
thru like a champ!

Even tho this eye-doc turned out to be rather PD-savvy (kind of a
surprise, frankly, since most Kaiser physicians I've come across
in the 4 years I've been a Kaiser member seem to be "text-book
trained" ONLY when it comes to PD) and STILL could only suggest I
have prisms put in my glasses (I did, and noticed no difference in
the quality of my vision) and to do a simple eye exercise several
times a day.

With PD-related eye problems, it appears the options to correct
the problems are very limited.
