Peter,

I have and it works well. :-)

There is a mechanical as well as biochemical/erectile problem with sexual
activity. Basically you have so much difficulty having sex and putting that
together with the vasomotor instability that we have and you have a recipe for
disaster in the bedroom. With Viagra you have the vasomotor problem solved.
Interestingly, the Viagra doesn't cause erection it more allows it to happen, so
you can not have much in the way of erection until you are stimulated but once
you are stimulated then the erection is firmer and does not disappear at the
"wrong" time. It does not seem to interact with Parkinson's meds at least
Requip, Amantadine, or Sinemet from my experience. It can as someone stated can
cause dizziness (and change in visual acuity) so certainly theoretically it
could interact with PD meds in that way to cause increased light headedness when
standing. It takes about an hour to be effective and can last 8 to 12 or more
hours although I think the package insert says 4.

It is a god send.
