Hi Ray--

Good for you! It's wonderful to have not only a dream but a plan to
accomplish that dream,  You seem to know exactly what you're doing,.   Y
ou've inspired me  to find anther dream to replace an older, no longer
viable one,.  Keep at it and nay the dome be fiilled with love when  you 're
done.
