Hi Kanina,

I take Vitamin E, Potassium, Calcium. A lot of exercise, Massages and
Optimistic attitudes.
I haven't ask my neuro about quinine, but plan to. Is there any thing else
out there that works for cramps?

sleepless in Inglewood,
Bill M
