I believe the German PD group has something like that, maybe not a chateau, but a home for Parkinsonians. Since my interests have focused on care in the US, I did not read further. The Northern Virginia group (Capital Chapter of NPF) is entertaining some kind of home away from home, again with very little details available. Keep dreaming Sharon, it may yet turn up. Michel
