Good morning all. An early awakening here has enabled me to catch up on commitments to myself and to all of you. Another series of emails have gone to my congressmen on the subject of the NIH budget for FY2000, and another series of emails went out to the national organizations to inquire about any effort they may have put forth to contact Bill Gates. I hope others are doing the same.... with all the help from PAN and individuals on this list, the addresses are readily available to us. Clare Wilson
