Clare, when I had trouble with an airline upping my fare by $200+ dollars when I went to pick up the tickets that I had bought over the phone with the airline's credit card, I looked up the airline stock and symbol....and went through their profile/SEC filings/etc. and found the names/phone/fax/address of the President, vice-president, CEO, CFO and treasurer and faxed them all the same letter....this was on a Monday, and by Wednesday, we had our seats back with apologies at the advertised cheaper price. Don't remember if I used Yahoo, askjeeves, or what search engine....but you can do it.........go girl, go!!!!!
