nina my dr. tells me the maximum mirapex dosage is 41/2 mg,/day.i was taking 1 50/200 cr in the morning and a regular 25/100 in the afternoon.if it was a high stress day, i sometimes took an additional 25/100 in the pm.I work at eliminating stress and temperature extremes. it works for me.
