Dear Listmembers, As you may know, I have been invited to write a chapter on nutrition and PD for the revised edition of the Manual of Clinical Dietetics, published by the American Dietetic Association. I am very pleased that the need for medical nutrition therapy for PD has been recognized and I hope to make the chapter as comprehensive as possible in the limited space allowed. This is a joint project between ADA and the Canadian Dietetic Association, and I would like to include addresses and phone numbers for PD foundations and organizations in Canada as well as the U.S. But I find that I have more than one address for PFC. Can someone provide me with correct and up-to-date addresses and phone numbers for the major PD organizations in Canada? I will appreciate this very much!
