Sherry, I was diagnosed 10/97 after crying in the MD's office after several visits.....because there was something wrong with me and he couldn't tell me what...he had no clue........he finally referred me to a neurologist.....in fact I saw three neuros before I finally got the final PD verdict.......I take mirapex half tablets 4 x day and 2 25/100/day sinemet was just added last month. My problem is balance and gait......as you've been told we're all different with different meds and symptoms....my advice is TO STAY POSITIVE AND STAY ON THE LIST...you will get tremendous support on hereand the group seems to be able to answer all the questions....I've have learned more about me and this disease from the list than I have from any of the doctors I've been too...Good luck and STAY POSITIVE..
