Dear Bonnie,

Carol did not raise this subject, I did .  And at the same time I advocated
that any approach should be at the level of the national PD organisations.
This would increase the likelihood of her actually getting to hear the
request and maybe even responding to it.  Of course there is nothing
stopping the rest of us writing to the PD organisations asking them to act
on our behalf.
