several list members have had dbs
as well as other types of pd related surgery

their individual stories are on my website in the
PIEnet/people/hole-in-the-head-gang section

my understanding is that the 'fine-tuning' of the stimulator
can take some time and finesse
but that it ultimately has very positive results

your father is obviously a fighter
please let us know how his 'adjustments' go
