BINGO!  She got it!   ("She" being being both Carole and moi).  I
betcha the Mail Daemon (It is ALWAYS spelled that way, BTW, never
as "demon") was named after the Stephan King character as you
stated.  So it IS an "IT!"

As for you feeling good today, m'dear.... well, I wish you a great
many "good days," where you're "ons" are there from sunrise to
sunset and from sunset to sunrise, and where the worst thing ya
might have in an "off day" might be a a  bad hair day! <grin>
