Camilla.... After spending 25 minutes on HOLD waiting to speak with an MSN techie (at least MSN has a free tech support number again!!) about the email problem, I'm FINALLY no longer receiving multiple duplicates of the same messages, It seems that a huge email was sent to me, and it was being automatically broken up by the email program. That created a bottleneck, which has now corrected (I HOPE!) Anyway, thanks for the response, and now I'm gonna read/respond to the 292 messages built up during the time the system was stuck.
