Mike,

this might sound a little crazy but if you've ever been to the Gulf Coast of
Texas, well, you will understand.

It could be the humidity level that is causing the sensation even though she
is not actually sweating. If you can find one get a deal, kind of like a
thermometer, that will measure the humidity level in the house. It could be
the "chiller" on the AC is not working properly.

my Dad checks it out, there doesn't seem to be any moisture there (back of
the neck, top of the head, etc.)  It's worse in the air conditioned house
and better in the warmer outdoors.  Any ideas?  Similar situation?
