I like to put things together, maybe I'm not always right in the outcome,
but that is for scientists to verify.
Here are some interesting facts.

Tellurium is one of the rarest elements on earth. After occupation exposure
there is a metallic taste in the mouth and a sharp garlic odor. (Pub Med)
Tellurium is a rare nonmetallic element, analogous to sulphur and selenium,
usually combined with other metals, as with gold (arthritis) and silver and
mercury (amalgam associated with Parkinsons). It binds with fumaric,
hydroxylamine, melaniline, meletin, naphthylamine, napthoquinone,
ruthenium. (Dictionary) (Airline Stewardesses with Parkinsons complained of
a metallic taste. It was ruled that a hydraulic mist caused the disease.
I'm not so sure. Airline food really needs to be preserved.)

Black tellurium - Nagyagite - is a rare grey metallic mineral, a
sulfotelluride of gold and lead with some antimony. Nagyagite binds with
acetylcholine, chlorine, chlormethiazole, coumarins, hydromagnesite,
naphthylvinylpyridine, osidopamine, tretinoin and tretoquinol.(Dictionary)

Black Wad - is an early name for several minerals including graphite and
manganese oxides.(Dictionary)

Pub-Med - The presence of (R) and (S) salsolinol was confirmed in fermented
foods and beverages while N-methylsalsolinol was not detected.
(N-Methyl(R)Salsolinol and N-Methyltransferase is elevated in Parkinsons)
(Clostridium Botulinum is an anearobic organism that ferments food and
makes N-Methyl that binds with N-methyltransferase) (Clostridium Botulinum
neurotoxin BOTOX is used for Parkinsonian Dystonia).

Bacterial tellurite resistance - Pub Med. Tellurium compounds are used in
several industrial processes. Tellurite can be detoxified through
interactions with cellular thiols such as glutathione or
METHYLTRANSFERASE-catalyzed reaction.

Roussin's black salt was the most inhibitory to clostridium sporogenes.
This compound is active against both anaerobic and aerobic food spoilage
bacteria. Nitrite and nitrosyl compounds in food preservation.

Absorbtion, distribution and milk secretion of radionuclides by the dairy
cow. KKK. Radiotellurium - no article in Pub Med.

Copper and Silver - Coinage Metal complexes of a tellurium diimide:
cis-transisomerization and metal-metal interactions - Pub Med.
(Cis and trans are retinoic acids like tretinoin that is responsible for
craniofacial birth defects like Parkinsonian blue-yellow color blindness or
the olfactory, smell dysfunction that can predict what Parkinsonian kids
will get Parkinsons. Tretinoin also links with bcr or breakpoint clusters
that govern the environmental cause of a genetic illness.)

Change in fatty acid elongation in developing mouse brain by mercury -
comparison with other metals.Pub Med - Mercury dramatically altered
microsomal synthesis of very long fatty acid specific for myelin in mouse
brain, as measured by lengthening of behenyl-CoA by means of malonyl-CoA in
vitro. This alteration was found with Copper, but not with various other
metals, showing that changes in fatty acid synthesis could be due to the
alteration of sulphydryl groups.

parallels to Alzheimers by Rani Shankar.

Solution structure of copper ion-induced molecular aggregates of tyrosine
melanin - Pub Med Melanin aggregrates formed in the presence of copper ions
at various coper-to-melanin molar ratios. Melanin aggregates to form long,
rod-like structures. At higher copper ion concentrations these rod-like
structures further aggregate, forming sheet-like structures.

Phosphorylated tau can promote tubulin assembly - Pub Med
TRIMETHYLAMINE-N-OXIDASE is found to promote tubulin asembly. Possible
relation to Alzheimer's disease are presented in this report.
