cytosine arabinoside. Acetylcholinesterase activity was significantly
stimulated by retinoic acid. (It inhibits acetylcholine and tremors).

Targretin is a cancer drug, a retinoid X agonist, booster, on trial now for
skin cancer.
Also, I think N-Methyl is the environmental cause of Parkinsons. If it is,
it would bind with P-glycoprotein and be carried across the blood brain
barrier. P-glycoproteins bind with NIH3T3 fibroblast cells that would
increase RAS, the oncogene involved in Cancer, and the NIH3T3 fibroblast
cells would also increase or activate the MAP Cascade and p38-MAP. MAP1
and MAP2 are part of lewy bodies. MAG or myelin associated glycoprotein is
associated with Trembler mice.
Just a theory though. But it seems likely that Parkinsons and Cancer are
very much alike.
I wish someone would try Targretin on Parkinsons disease.
