Hi Sherry,
I to get tired, but I been yoga for two years now and that is very good
for you muscles. I also have started to run each day I start with going 3/4
of a mile and have worked up to 2 miles a day now. I also swim and I also
take vitamins allot of them if you are interested I will tell you what I
take. I have been dx for two years now I believe that I have had it for at
least six years now. I would do you good to get a massage from a therapist
once in a while too. Tia Chi helps with balance. I am trying to do
everything that I can to keep this PD as far back as I can. I do not want to
be in a wheelchair either. Give you husband some time and he will come
around. He needs to work through this. My husband is now coming around and
is a great help and support. It hit him hard when we found out that I had PD
for he loves me so much it hurts to see this thing take hold of me. Read
every thing you can get your hands on it helps in the fight okay. We are
here for you and love you. We will be your support for now. Janice 52/50/46
