One of my female patients from Belgium is less than 40 and she had STN one year ago. She now is back to work again and leads a normal life. Before surgery, she was on sick leave for at least one year because of freezing and gait disturbance. She does speak English, but off course Belgium is 2000 miles away from the East coast.
