Just for everyone's information, James Balch, M.D., is a graduate of Indiana
University's School of Medicine.  He completed his surgical residency at
Indiana University Medical Center, specializing in urology.  He is presently
a member of the American Medical Association, is board certified in the
American Board of Urology, and is a fellow in the American College of
Surgeons.  His wife, Phyllis Balch, is a Certified Nutritional Consultant.
