Sherry, you sound just like me!!! Since you are on AOL, you are looking at the same symbols I am. UP at the top of your window you see READ, WRITE, MAIL Center, PRINT, and this next one, MY FILES. This has a copy of all the deleted messages....which stay there until kingdom\ come if you don't click on the icon and delete everyone. Try it! Clare
