Dear George, I may sound opinionated, but I just go by the recent facts and results from my own experience and from the literature. See my recent posting from Oct. 3, where I stated we are 1999 (almost 2000), whereas in 1995/1996 pallidotomy did not have an alternative. Greetings, Chris
