Hi Paul, Welcome to the group! I am also 47 and had the same problems with diagnosis. I was in physical therapy for a "frozen shoulder" for months, until one day when it wasn't improving they sent me back to the neuro. Finally the dreaded diagnosis, which I think most of us already knew but had avoided. I am very interested in your medication. Does it really help the rigidity? That is my main problem as of now along with the tremor which I can still control most times. I am taking Mirapex without any luck so far. This group has been the best thing I have done so far. I don't often write (a lurker) but I read almost every one, I especially like Don and Murry's notes. As I read all the notes I sometimes cry like a baby because someone else is having such a hard time, you will be surprised how good it makes you feel to get all that pent up emotion out. The list helps in so many ways. Sherry
