Strange feeling, Every once in a while I see something on this list that hits home. I too have a strange feeling just before I lean to the right usually when this happens I am not able to get up on my own. If someone is here I call for help. But if no one is here, it may take me several minutes To sit upright again. I would not call muscle tension but it does feel something like that. Is more like an a sudden loss of awareness.
