Kathrynne, thank you for your response.  Herbal Fiber Blend has numerous
vitamins which I can list if you feel is necessary.  The blend hasPsyllium
husk,black walnut hulls, Hibiscus flowers, shavegrass, Licorice root,
Alfalta leaves, Cascara bark,Oatstraw, pumpkin seed,Irish Moss, Yucca stalk,
passion flower leaves and stems, Marsh mellow root, cinnamon bark, violet
leaves, slippery elm bark,Mullein leaves, Paprika ground fruit, cinnamon
