All I ask is that my out-of-pocket expenses for travel, lodging and meals be

Brief resume:

Born in 1943

educated at St. John's Ravenscourt School and St. John's College in the
University of Manitoba, Economics major, English minor

worked in the investment industry for twenty five years and was Treasurer of
The Molson Companies Limited.

Diagnosed 1981 at 37 years old

 retired on long-term disability in 1989
