Barb This is one almost too easy, but someone in our PD Support group suggested using a large plastic garbage bag over the car seat to aid in the PWP sliding in/out of the vehicle. Our van has leather seats and it works quite well. I would guess it would help also on fabric seats. Duane & Patt
