So all we need to do is remember ONE five letter word (for most of us)
NONPD:
(followed by a colon) when our communications do not relate directly to Parkinsons disease.
It really could not be simpler and easier to remember.
The other topics will undoubtedly be used, as they already are, by the dedicated (and also much appreciated) listmembers who find interesting News, Quotes etc.
