can someone suggest a regimen of vitamins, minerals, etc. to take for general health and well-being? [such as E, C, B complex, zinc, garlic oil, selenium, etc.] + dosages?
I tried NADH and Q-10 last winter for energy, got nothing and gave up everything about 6 months ago.  I know I shouldn't have but I just got disgusted.with the lack of response I got from  those enzymes.
