Thanks to William and Chris for prompot feedback on my question-- I've
saved the info for future use, when folks ask---but sadly I note also that
it would (as I guessed) eliminate my dear hubband, who is 81 and has early
signs of dementia. I am glad that there are procedures from which others
can benefit, though.
