That is a good caveat to note. A difference in bioavailability whether
increased or decreased may occur between "lots" or between generics.   With
all generics one should  especially watch if the manufacturer changes and
be aware of the possibility of change in efficacy.  It is unlikely but it
can happen.  Therefore it is best that one insist on the same manufacturer
or watch to see whether a change in symptoms occurs with a change in
generics.  This does not mean I am against  generics.  I support their use.
Just do it with some caution.
