Honorable Senator Specter: Please support the $75 million increase for Parkinson's Disease research. My wife, Ruth, of 45 years, is seriously ill requiring 24-hour care which I must provide her with. I understand there are about 1,000,000 people with the disease in the United States alone. My wife deserves not to suffer as she does now because of this disease. I thank you in advance.
