The Fact Finding Conference (Suzman vs. City of Portland) for two Charges of Discrimination (H/PA98-0131,PA98-0326), which could result in 7 years of property tax and sewer assessment over-payments on my house here being returned, as well as in future property tax elimination, is Wed. at 9:30 AM. I have NOT found a lawyer, despite trying for nearly a year. I am very worried. So much immobility and dysfunction goes on during my off-periods. A local social worker today is trying to help me prepare.
