Mirapex is not an antidepressant it is a dopamine agonist meaning that it
acts like dopamine. Mirapex can be useful in decreasing the amount of l-dopa
required.  If you require a n antidepressant then you should be taking one
although the depression might be either the result of or secondary to the
PD.
