Dawn, You could try combining a partial tablet of Sinemet 25/100 with a partial tablet of Sinemet CR 25/100 at each dose. For me, this avoids the roller coaster of ON-OFF, somewhat. Eldepryl (selegeline hydrochloride) breaks down to a metam- phetamine. It is something that I can only take 2.5 mg at a time. A COMT-inhibitor like tasmar or comtan may increase your ON-time. Unfortunately, it does cause me to get drowsy. You may need to have your diet evaluated.. And you may have to drink sweetened coffee or tea , or juice (I use O.J.), in case you lack energy due to lowered blood sugar, in addition to citrus sodas, and fruit candies, to give you more energy quickly. May I suggest that you find out if you have low blood pressure from your meds? This can be a source of drowsiness. Most importantly, you REALLY should be evaluated by a movement disorder specialist. It is also helpful if you give us regular updates. Good luck. Ivan i<<dawn>>s On Mon, 18 Oct 1999 17:40:46 -0800 "M.
