This is re your post on hospital admission for setting the stimulator

As a patient, albeit five years ago, I was in the Toronto Western Hospital
for twelve days, off meds, while they found the correct stimulator settings.
As luck would have it, the last setting in week one was the appropriate one.
It is sometimes frustrating, but the reslt is welll worth it.
