Brenda... I don't think you'll need to worry about the expense of an SSDI attorney, because they take a set-by-the-Court amount out of the settlement, should you win your case (and I don't know anyone who's used an SSDI specialist attorney not to win - tho I do suppose it's possible. You get SO much pressure unloaded by using an attorney, 'cause THEY do all the scut work such as filling out endless repetitious form letters, etc.. So tuck that info I sent ya away, just in case ya decide ya need some help in getting some action from the Court. Good luck....
