The first time, the recruiter said "I know, I could tell".  He had a brother
with PD.  The second time, the prospective boss started coughing and choking
on his coffee when I finshed my "I want you to know that I have PD, but it
is controlled well by medication" but hired me at the end of the meeting.

I advise you to tell, but keep it light.
