Randy Ford, I think you should go to a lawyer specializing in disability requests to the govt. The law is----that a lawyer will not, and can not charge you anything UNLESS he/she wins your case. At least that is the way it is in Tennessee. So you have nothing to lose, and have a better chance getting SS disability. I know this from experience, I have been there, done that. If you get the benifits, the lawer will get a percentage of your first check and a percentage on any retroactive payments.
