Debbie,
The easiest way to see the sender's email address is to:
1. Put your mouse on the person's name and then RIGHT CLICK your mouse;
2. Then go down to PROPERTIES and LEFT CLICK,
then you will see their personal email address.
This is how it works in Outlook Express.
