My story is that I got ankle swelling--left worse than right. It happens that I sprained my left ankle badly about 22 years ago. A list lady had a reactivation of hip and spine arthritis. So extrapolating from that and other antidotal tales (which is a very non-scientific thing to do) I believe that Mirapex causes joint symptoms - more frequently in previously injured /abnormal joints, in some people Suggestion: Ask your doc for a switch to Requip.
