Pete,
If you can achieve a goal like that you should go for
it. But, I have a concern with possible press coverage
of such an event.

Will the media present this as "see, a person with
Parkinson's can do anything they want to"? OR Will
they also be there covering you if/when you have an Off
period, when you get tired and run down and tell the
public "see what happens when meds may not work properly
to solve the PD symptoms (for a variety of reasons)"?

There are a lot more PD patients out there that can not
even consider doing what you propose. Those are the
ones that need the press coverage so more
research money is spent on PD.

Just some things to think about.

Paul

Hi Pete,
I say go for it, I also work out I run and do yoga
and feel great. I
just adjust my meds and I am ok. I was dx just two years
ago but can get
very shaky at times. I love the work out. Janice
