Silence...
Gentle reflection...

Imagine...
a synchronous world
standing still in peace.

2 minutes of silence was observed on Remembrance Day today
to afford us time to consider those who expressed their freedom
by dying for it.
2 minutes of world silence...two minutes of world peace?
A dream...

Dag Hammarskjold wrote:

"Beyond obedience,
its attention fixed on a goal...freedom from fear.
Beyond fear..openness to life.
And beyond that...love.
What next? Why ask?
Next will come a demand about which you already know :
that its sole measure is your own strength."

In the 20th C... wars for freedom.
In the 21st century... wars for human health.

Imagine a day with a silent moment
to remember all those
who suffered the pain of chronic illness.
Imagine the day when the war on pd is over.
Like the lens which disappears in the light it focuses.
