That's indeed one thing I forgot to mention. In some instances the settings of the stimulator may change, for unknown reasons, in particular the frequency, which will reset to 30 Hz. You can find out whether this is the case by using the midwave transitor radio and listen whether the frequency of the buzz you pick up has been changed. It's a pitty that patients with DBS are so much dependent on the few doctors who carry the programmer. Especially in the US the distances to these doctors are enormous. Greetings, Chris
