If you define "freedom" as: You are (totally) free to ........ what-ever/where-ever/when-ever you want. And on the dots you fill in: do, speak, drive, etc. Then freedom of speech results into offending people. And freedom in driving results into accidents. And freedom of actions results into war or anarchy. As long as your expression of freedom only affects yourself, it can be totally free. But if you express your freedom amongst others, freedom has it's limitations because you have to compromise between your (total) freedom and the (total) freedom of other people. Without compromising the results will be as mentioned above. That is why every community has written and/or unwritten rules.
