My Lady wife and I stopped smoking last February. I myself had no problems although I was a sixty cigs a day man. My lovely wife has problems but is bravely staying off cigarettes. Up till now no adverse effects. No yearning or running round in circles looking for the odd packet that might be lurking in a Jacket or suit.
