Paul etc. I have just come home and switched on my computer, and have seen your generous offer. I have not spoken to ivan about those - have any og you? I fear there may ber a complication - there is a limit to the amount of money a recipient of SSI/Foodstampse etc. may "earn" in one month, and by making these checks out to Ivan, you may be violating this limit, thus disqualifying him grom collecting his livelihood. I may ber wrong - things may be different in Maine. But i think it warrants checking out. MAybe establishing an account in the name of the mortgage would be a way to get atound this.
